Apple phát hành iOS 17.3 Beta 1 và iPadOS 17.3 Beta 1 cho các nhà phát triển ngay sau khi ra mắt chính thức iOS 17.2 và iPadOS 17.2.
Các nhà phát triển đã có thể cài đặt và trải nghiệm bản Beta này bằng cách:
Bước 1: Truy cập Cài đặt > Cập nhật phần mềm.

Bản Beta của iOS 17.4 vừa ra mắt với tính năng sideload ứng dụng độc đáo, để phù hợp hơn với quy định mới của Liên minh EU.
Apple đang chuẩn bị thực hiện những thay đổi đáng kể cho App Store trên iOS, cho phép người dùng tải ứng dụng từ các nguồn bên thứ ba. Công ty này đang tiến gần đến thời hạn theo yêu cầu của EU theo Đạo luật Thị trường Kỹ thuật số. Đạo luật này yêu cầu Apple phải cho phép cài đặt ứng dụng từ bên ngoài App Store, bắt đầu từ ngày 6/3.
iOS 17.4 Beta 1 đã giới thiệu tính năng sideload ứng dụng trực tiếp trên iPhone, cũng như hỗ trợ các cửa hàng ứng dụng bên thứ ba. Trước đó, Apple đã phát hành iOS 17.3 với một số tính năng mới và cập nhật về bảo mật. Beta đầu tiên của iOS 17.4 cũng đã ra mắt trong hôm nay.

Bản cập nhật iOS 17.2.1 chính thức được Apple phát hành
Chỉ 1 tuần sau khi iOS 17.2 được phát hành, Apple lại cho ra mắt bản cập nhật iOS 17.2.1 nhằm vá lỗi mới về vấn đề bảo mật.
Vào sáng ngày 20/12 theo giờ Việt Nam, Apple chính thức cho ra mắt phiên bản iOS 17.2.1 dành riêng cho người dùng iPhone. Đây là bản cập nhật nhỏ sau 1 tuần kể từ lúc iOS 17.2 được phát hành.
Phiên bản mới iOS 17.2.1 mang số bản dựng 21C66. Người dùng iPhone đã có thể update lên phiên bản này thông qua phần Cài Đặt > Cài Đặt Chung > Cập Nhật Phần Mềm. Bên cạnh đó, Apple cũng tung ra bản cập nhật iOS 16.7.4 và iPadOS 16.7.4 dành cho các thiết bị cũ.
Tuy nhiên, đây chỉ là một bản cập nhật nhỏ nhằm để vá lỗi các vấn đề về bảo mật. Theo ghi chú của Apple, iOS 17.2.1 tập trung vào việc khắc phục lỗi và nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng. Hãng khuyến nghị tất cả người dùng nên cài đặt phiên bản mới nhất. iOS 17.2.1 không bổ sung thêm bất kỳ tính năng mới nào.
Hiện Apple đang thử nghiệm beta iOS 17.3 và iPadOS 17.3. Dự kiến các phiên bản chính thức sẽ được tung ra vào tháng 1/2024.

iOS 17.3 cho phép iPhone tự bảo vệ khỏi kẻ trộm
Trong bản thử nghiệm iOS 17.3 vừa qua, Apple vừa cho ra mắt tính năng giúp bảo vệ thiết bị của bạn với sinh trắc học và độ trễ thời gian.
Thông thường, chiếc di động chứa rất nhiều thông tin cá nhân cũng như những tài khoản quan trọng của người dùng. Việc thiết bị rơi vào tay kẻ gian sẽ khiến bạn mất đi toàn bộ quyền truy cập.
Apple đã đưa ra biện pháp giải quyết vấn đề này bằng cách thực hiện độ trễ bảo mật để giữ an toàn cho các thông tin quan trọng trong bản cập nhật iOS 17.3 Beta 1 mới đây.
Qua đó, khi bị mất cắp, kẻ gian sẽ không thể thay đổi các cài đặt thiết yếu của Apple ID hoặc thiết bị của họ, nếu không xác thực được sinh trắc học trong hai lần thử hoặc phải đợi một giờ.
Apple cho rằng thời gian một giờ được đủ để người dùng thay đổi iPhone thành Chế độ mất, đồng thời ngăn chặn quyền truy cập thiết bị hoặc thay đổi tài khoản.
Tính năng này sẽ được kích hoạt khi thiết bị rời khỏi các vị trí đáng tin cậy như nhà riêng hoặc cơ quan. Tuy nhiên, độ trễ bảo mật áp dụng ngay cả khi có sinh trắc học, gây bất tiện bởi người dùng phải đợi một giờ mỗi khi các cài đặt quan trọng cần được thay đổi. Vì vậy, tùy chọn vị trí đáng tin cậy sẽ giảm bớt phiền toái đó.
Độ trễ bảo mật được kích hoạt khi
Thay đổi mật khẩu Apple ID.
Cập nhật cài đặt bảo mật tài khoản Apple ID, như Xóa thiết bị hoặc số điện thoại đáng tin cậy, Khóa, khôi phục hoặc Liên hệ khôi phục.
Thay đổi mật mã iPhone.
Thêm, xóa Face ID hoặc Touch ID.
Tắt tính năng Tìm.
Tắt Bảo vệ thiết bị bị đánh cắp.
Apple cho biết, tính năng Bảo vệ thiết bị bị đánh cắp này có sẵn trong bản iOS 17.3 Beta 1 tại mục cài đặt Face ID & Mật mã. Trong tương lai, nó sẽ có mặt trong tất cả bản cập nhật chính thức của Apple.

After installing iOS 17.3 Beta 1 we have a new option for Stolen Device Protection. In the two different iphones that I’ve updated so far, it only showed on my 15 Pro Max with the Hello screen.
